Laurence Owen

Hello, I'm Laurence Owen, and my pronouns are he/him. I'm a Remote Creativity Coach, which means I'm passionate about boosting the engagement, energy, and empathy, of remote teams. I do this using games that encourage colleagues to communicate authentically, and to use videoconference software in dynamic and curious ways.

I lift techniques and games from the theatre to improve employee experience in videoconference settings. My practice is known as Applied Improvisation, and I use it to facillitate remote collaboration in a fun and liberating way.
